However, with the second batch of orders, the client’s usage environment changed, and we were not informed of these new requirements. As a result, the actual voltage in their new environment exceeded the original operating limits of the lamps, causing unexpected issues.

After understanding the new challenges, we took immediate action. To support the updated environment, our team at KEMO designed a custom power supply specifically tailored to meet the client’s new voltage demands. At that time, no existing product on the market could address these requirements, so we engineered a solution that perfectly matched the 2G11 lamps’ needs.
